I started my fitness journey at 42 when I realized that I had ballooned up to 330 lbs and was in danger of having a heart attack.

Over the last several years I have had many ups and downs and have tried to document them through my Social Media pages, and soon also a YouTube channel.

By showing how fitness looks for middle aged men who have a terrible home/work life balance, I hope to inspire more people and encourage them to take control back and treat their bodies they way they must be treated so we can live long fruitful lives.
